Refund Policy

The short version

If AceOffer isn’t working for you, we’ll refund your first charge in full, no questions asked, within 7 days of that charge. You can cancel auto-renewal any time from your billing page and keep access until the end of the current paid period.

7-day full refund (first charge)

Within 7 days of your first subscription charge, email support@aceoffer.app from the address on your account and we’ll process a full refund. We don’t need a reason. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 7-day window

Past the 7-day window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, because the service has been delivered and AI inference costs have been incurred on your behalf. If something unusual happened (duplicate charge, billing error, the service was unavailable for an extended period), email us — we’ll make it right.

Canceling auto-renewal

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does nottrigger a partial refund of the current period — you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. To cancel, go to /billing and click “Manage subscription.”

Founding-member discount

The founding-member discount is applied via a Stripe coupon for up to 12 months. Cancellation and refund rules above apply normally; the discount itself has no separate refund value.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first — we’ll almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
